Mehar Rafique Bhutta’s story is one of true hard work. He started his journey working as a laborer in Kuwait. Through great effort, he grew to take on big contracts for high-rise buildings. When he returned to Pakistan, he started making kitchenware and built a highly respected name in that field. He then entered the real estate business, creating Taj Garden, the very first private housing society in Wazirabad. Continuing his success, he stepped into the hotel and event business by building Bhutta Palace and Paragon Marquee. Today, he is proud to introduce his newest vision: Bhutta Palace Hotel.

Rashid Rafique Bhutta is a distinguished Pakistani businessman and the CEO of the Bhutta Group of Companies. With a Business Administration degree from GIFT University, he has successfully modernized his family’s business operations using innovative, forward-looking strategies.
As Vice President of the Wazirabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WCCI), he is a strong advocate for local entrepreneurs, traders, and artisans. Dedicated to community development and economic growth, Rashid actively connects industry with education to create new opportunities and build a prosperous future for Pakistan’s business sector.
